The project consists of a complex with an innovative design in which the buildings will have 60% of their green facade with intermediate spaces and four-free sides. The housing density will be lower than in other areas and there will be premises, corporate office buildings and a commercial and retail space.
This development is based on the recognition of critical issues such as temperatures, winds, rain, maintenance of green spaces, waste treatment and water management and proposes the development of urbanization strategies without visual, auditory or vehicular contamination.
This project is a worldwide example of the recovery of a deteriorated public space, where the State and Private Investors work together to improve residential, commercial and service areas.
