Including seismic checks according to EN 1998-1
Design of Peikko Bolted Column Connections for seismic applications is compatible with EN 1998-1 (Eurocode 8) requirements. Conditions for which the connection is considered as energy dissipative under cyclic loading can be found in the Technical Manual. The static performance of HPKM® Column Shoes and HPM-EQ Anchor Bolts is fully covered by European Technical Approvals ETA-18/0037 and ETA-02/0006. Preliminary design for static loading can be carried out by using Peikko Designer Column Connection module.
